Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you visit our website, submit a form, download a resource, or contact us, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your advertising needs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide our services, send relevant communications, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services including Typeform (form submissions), Meta Pixel (advertising analytics), Vercel Analytics (website performance), and Google Fonts (typography). These services may collect usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to track website activity, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve user experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Campaign Attribution
When you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, we record the acquisition context contained in that link so we can understand which campaigns produce enquiries. This includes campaign, source and medium identifiers, advertisement and creative identifiers, the platform click identifier your ad network appends (for example fbclid, gclid or ttclid), the page you landed on, and the website that referred you.
This information is held in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
We record only a fixed list of recognised campaign parameters, selected by parameter name. Any parameter whose name is not on that list is discarded and is neither stored nor transmitted, and we additionally reject parameter names that suggest credentials or account identifiers. Recorded values are trimmed and length-limited.
To be precise about what this does and does not do: we filter by parameter name, and we do not inspect the contents of a recognised campaign parameter. If a link were built so that personal information sat inside one of those campaign parameters, that value would be recorded like any other campaign value. We build our own campaign links and do not put personal information in them, but we will not claim a value-level check that our software does not perform.
If you begin an audit enquiry, a fixed set of these campaign fields is passed to Typeform along with your submission so we can attribute the enquiry to the campaign that produced it. Nothing else from the page address is forwarded. This information is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not sold or shared for any other purpose.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.
